When talking about the luxury perfume department in Newport, it will be the best shopping center in this center. I liked the collection of perfumes, and they also have Amouage perfumes.

Do you like being treated like you don't matter? Or even worse, have the staff look down on you as if to say "what do you want and why are YOU here?" in the most condescending way possible. That is what happen to me on MORE than one occasion. Both times by male staff in the shoe department, to be more specific. Really? I like to spend money in places that at least try and pretend to want my business. It is like they are trying to say don't shop here. The ladies are very nice and inviting. The males, not so much. I suggest they have more customer service training.

Objectively speaking this is an extremely expensive department store with lots of designer clothes. If you are interested in spending a lot of money on clothes and other stuff you may or may not need please check out this store. That being said the staff is extremely polite and courteous and helpful and will bend over backwards for you to ensure you have an excellent shopping experience.

Online shopping has definitely been a game changer to the shopping experience. I prefer to avoid the hassle of going into a store and dealing with crowds, lines, disorganization, etc.. However, once in a while you find a gem and this is it! NM IS THE PLACE! The store is organized and clean. It’s peaceful from the moment you walk in! The courteous and dedicated attention you receive from the employees is top notch! Coming here reminds you why online accessibility isn’t everything, sometimes you just need the real experience! VERY WELL DONE NM! UPDATE: I have to add more to my last review. Ms. Libby Diggins is such a helpful beauty ambassador, she is truly dedicated to providing the best service possible. I definitely recommend working with her!

I usually receive great service at this Neiman Marcus, however one staff member who always stands out is Paul J. He goes above and beyond to ensure exceptional customer service. He sources items that are out of stock in his store and also online from other NM locations to ensure I have the exact items I’m looking for in the correct sizes. Each time he’s assisted me, I’ve left feeling very grateful for his effort and willingness in helping me find the items I need. Whether it be an online return or following up to let me know when my items have been shipped, I can trust that every transaction is handled quickly and professionally. This level of service reflects well on the Neiman Marcus Brand and also makes shopping a pleasure at your store. NM will be my first choice for luxury shopping.

Called on the phone to confirm price matching from amazon and if there was a limit to what percent you could get off. The man on the phone said yes, and that there was no limit. I drive over to find out this is not true but then 2 separate people told me i could get 50 dollars off a purchase over 250. TWO PEOPLE TOLD ME THIS, I did not mishear or misunderstand. I go to pay for a cologne that was 275 hoping to get this 50 off but the lady said no that was not true. Wasted my time, phone operator seemed inept, and they need to get their facts straight between their employees. Highly disappointing costumer service.

Ladies in the perfume section are always following you so you don't spray the perfumes on yourself they always come up to me. They are so annoying the store is so empty no one is gonna buy their 10,000 dollar gowns be realistic. Store is ghost town empty

Restaurant here is excellent. The table bread is popovers with strawberry butter - incredible. Go when they first open so they’re fresh. It’s definitely pricey but worth it. I had the Turkey panini and it was solid. Fries are amazing.
